• October through March and start at 7:30 PM

• South Methodist Church, Hartford Road, Manchester, CT

A short business session opens the meeting consisting of the following, as appropriate:

• Review of the minutes of the previous membership meeting.
• President shares an overview of the Board meeting.
• Treasurer reviews the Club's financial status.
• Chairperson/Chairpersons may present other important information to membership such as race program status, membership status, etc.
• An entertainment/informational program follows the business meeting.
• Refreshments are made available at the end of the program.

The first Monday in December is reserved for the Club's Holiday Party.
