Festivities start at 6:30 p.m. (Helpers arrive at 5:00 – 5:30 p.m.)
Dinner 6:30 – 7:30 p.m
Brief Business Meeting 7:30 – 8:00 p.m
What to bring:
A - H Entrée of beef, chicken, fish or meatballs for 8-10
I - N Salad, vegetable, potato, other starches for 8-10
O – Z Desserts or hors d’oeuvres for 8-10
Please bring serving utensils: there is an oven and refrigerator on premises.

Membership cards, Okemo tickets and raffle tickets will be distributed.
Committee/work task sign-up sheet will be available. Pick your favorite!
Directions: Take Rt. 384 to Main St/Rt.83 in Manchester, go toward the center of town. The Church is across the street from Carter Chevrolet. Parking is across the street from the Church.

The Inter-Club Ski Race - Feb 4, 2012, FOR SKIERS ONLY!
The Manchester Ski Club participates in an inter-club race at Okemo. This race provides MSC an opportunity to race against other clubs such as Grumman Ski Club, Norwalk Ski Club and the Sikorsky Ski Club.
This race is known as the Jean Bloom-Lysobey Memorial Inter-Club Ski Race. The award ceremony takes place at the post-race party graciously hosted at John Lysobey's residence that evening.
The Robert W. Blake Challenge Race - Feb 25, 2012, OPEN TO SKIERS AND RIDERS!
Each season, the Club also sponsors it's own club race, The Robert W. Blake Challenge Race, in honor and memory of Bob Blake, one of the early members of the club and an excellent ski racer.
The race usually takes place on Saturday beginning at 10:00 am. A post-race party is held at the Lodge where awards are distributed.

Meetings for Ski Club Members
When and Where:
- On the first Monday of October, December and April starting at 6:30 PM
- South Methodist Church, Hartford Road, Manchester, CT
A short business session opens the meeting consisting of the following, as appropriate:
- Review of the minutes of the previous membership meeting.
- President shares an overview of the Board meeting.
- Treasurer reviews the Club's financial status.
- Chairperson/Chairpersons may present other important information to membership such as race program status, membership status, etc.
- An entertainment/informational program follows the business meeting.
- Refreshments are made available at the end of the program.
The first Monday in December is reserved for the Club's Holiday Party.
